1. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! 🌍
If you’re unsure whether we can deliver to your region, please email us at service@lovewearly.com and we’ll be happy to confirm.


2. How do I place an order?

It’s easy!
1️⃣ Choose your favorite product and customize it (upload your pet photo, add text, etc.).
2️⃣ Click “Checkout” and enter your accurate shipping details.
3️⃣ Select your preferred payment method and complete the order.
We’ll handle the rest with love and care. 💛


3. Why didn’t I receive a confirmation email?

Sometimes our emails might land in your spam or junk folder. Please check there first.
If you still don’t see it, contact service@lovewearly.com, and we’ll resend it right away.


4. How long does delivery take?

Every order is custom-made, so please allow:

  • Processing Time: 3–5 business days

  • Shipping Time: 5–7 business days
    Total delivery time may vary depending on your location and local customs. Delays may occur during holidays or due to weather conditions.


5. When will I get my tracking number?

You’ll receive a tracking email once your order has been shipped.
If your tracking doesn’t update within 14 days, please contact us at service@lovewearly.com, and our support team will check it for you.


6. How can I track my order?

You can track your order directly on our Track Your Order page using your email and order number.
Tracking updates may appear only after the package has left our warehouse. Don’t worry—your order is on its way!


7. Which size should I choose?

Please refer to the Size Chart provided on each product page before ordering.

8. What’s the production process for custom embroidery?

Every Lovewearly piece is created with precision and care:
Step 1: Our designers convert your uploaded photo into a minimalist embroidery outline.
Step 2: We confirm your color preferences and text customization.
Step 3: Our embroidery machines bring your design to life with fine stitching and premium materials.
Each piece is carefully inspected before shipment.


9. How do I use my discount code?

You can enter your discount code during checkout in the “Discount Code” box.
If the code isn’t applied automatically, type it manually and click Apply before completing your order.


10. What is your return & replacement policy?

Because each item is custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there’s an issue with quality or design.

Free Replacement applies if:

  • The package shows no tracking movement for over 3 weeks, or far exceeds the estimated delivery time.

  • The product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our factory or carrier error.

To report an issue, please contact service@lovewearly.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Lovewearly partners with trusted suppliers in multiple regions to ensure fast delivery and high-quality craftsmanship.
Regardless of where your item is produced, all designs follow the same premium embroidery standard and are inspected for quality before shipping.
