RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Custom Orders

All products are made to order and customized according to your request.
For this reason, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

2. Eligible for Free Replacement

We will provide a free replacement if:

  • Your order shows no movement in tracking for 3+ weeks.

  • The product arrives broken, damaged, or with incorrect embroidery/design due to our error.

  • The item received is significantly different from what you ordered.

To request a replacement, please contact service@lovewearly.com within 30 days of receiving your order with:

  • Order number

  • Photos showing the issue

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Orders with correct customization.

  • Minor color or size variations due to lighting or screen differences.

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after confirmation.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the item, please contact us at service@lovewearly.com.
We’ll investigate with the carrier or, if you purchased Worry-Free Protection, help file a claim through the Seel Resolution Center.
