2. Where is my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow your packageโs journey. You can also check the status directly on our website under โTrack Order.โ
3. Shipping Tips

Please ensure your email and phone number are correct at checkout to ensure smooth delivery.

Orders to P.O. Boxes or BFPO addresses are not accepted for express shipping.

Addresses should include apartment or unit numbers when applicable.

Non-delivery due to incomplete addresses or personal reasons will not be covered by Lovewearly.

Tracking updates will appear in detail once the package reaches your destination country. Please allow an extra 5โ7 days after that for delivery.
4. Reporting Shipping Issues
If you purchased Worry-Free Purchase protection, you can report lost or damaged shipments via the Seel Resolution Center using your email and order ID.

Report theft or damage: within 7 days of delivery.

Report loss: between 30โ60 days after order placement.
Without this protection, please contact service@lovewearly.com within 60 days of order placement for assistance.
5. Stolen or Lost Packages
If tracking shows โDeliveredโ but your package is missing, please:

For customers with Worry-Free Purchase, file a claim within 7 days of delivery through Seel.
